At the age of 3, he grew up being his mother's kitchen sidekick with her humble packed food business. Growing up pretty much with a potato peeler in one hand & bags of vegetables to cut almost 2-4 times on random weeks... grew an obsession for precision while at work. Be it slicing dicing or chopping, food wastage was never accepted. He went on mastering the art of egg frying and rice cooking. Before he knew it as he passed 14 years old, he was mixing, beating & kneading Curry puff dough by hand and his hours spent with yoyo strings helped him efficiently secure 200kgs of Lopis in a day. A & E maths in school was just an excuse to aid him to push the limits of lightning fast mental calculations for change each time a customer purchases '2 Meat + 1 Vege + Rice , No Sambal'. He has overcame any rugged conditions at the store, which includes an epic battle to mend the sales counter alone during a morning till afternoon peak period timing. Now with his days being in the kitchen has come to a close, hes out to find a bigger challenge worthy of his one of a kind skills.
